crating alternate versions of weapon finess for home games

I am going to go "crazy" and assume he means one that gives Dex to Damage. Assuming my mind reading ability is working then I recommend the "Basic Pack" and then turn on "ShadowChemosh Feats" and you will find Improved Weapon Finesse that gives Dex to damage. You can also use that to help make or modify your own version of Weapon Finesse.
 
Thank you guys... I was more like looking to use intelligence or wisdom instead of Dex. I'll look into the basics pack as well.
 
You can do this with the Shadow or Frumple Adjustment tool. Choosing which stat to use for attacks/damage is an option.
