Couple Questions Regarding Terminators and Unit Size.

Hi all! I'm new to the Warhammer Systems and AB. But, I've already ran into a couple of problems neither I nor other users I know can figure out.

1. I can't arm any of my Terminators with Lightning Claws other than Captains and Chapter Masters. In the OLD version I had, there was a Weapons Options Dropdown where I could. Am I missing something?

2. Our Fantasy group is running a "Warbands" campaign and under those rules you can build squads with less than the minimum number of units. Is there a way to get AB to accept this?
