Count Exotic weapons as light.

How do I do the following.....

Any exotic weapon the character is proficient with to count as light weapons for class abilities.

Thanks!

Not sure how to do this in hero lab, but this, game balance wise, sounds terrible. Exotic weapons are, on average, already better than martial weapons, just harder to wield (hence, the extra feat requirement). To give them, specifically, another benefit sounds just odd. Why would the better, yet harder to wield, exotic weapon be even easier to wield, while the easier to handle martial weapons not gain this ability?

If it is treated as a one-handed martial weapon for everyone who doesn't have the EWP Feat, and a light for folks with the feat, as long as the damage is in line for a one-handed martial weapon (say 1d8 like a longsword), wouldn't this be similar to a bastard sword?

I haven't played with a bastard sword in HL, but that might give you a framework to use as a template in the editor.

Honestly, most pathfinder exotic weapons are barely any better. The sawtooth saber went from light to one-hand in errata and instantly became sort of garbage.

anywway, you can adjust a thing to work as a light weapon by using "weapon ease of use", which is an adjustment in the personal tab. You'll have to do it individually for all weapons on a case by case basis, but it's pretty easy fix.

Orc double axe being counted as light would be insane... Two weapon fighting being already dex based, to make both hands finessable is quite the boon.
