Copying default Configure Hero settings

I have multiple devices I use HL on. Is there a way to set the default settings on one of those devices (i.e. desktop computer) and then copy those settings to other devices (i.e. laptop computer and iPad)?
 
I'd get the settings right on a particular character (it can be blank, other than the settings), then transfer that character to the other devices, and open it there, and then use that character to set the defaults on the other devices.
 
Not sure if you can use Dropbox on all of those devices, but I store my HL stuff on Dropbox to sync between the PC at home (easier to edit things on the big computer) and have access to them on the laptop (during play).
