Converting 4e to 5e question

I was wondering how difficult it is to convert NPCs from 4E to 5E? I want to have my players in Seattle and wanted to use the 4th season missions but with 5E. How difficult is this going to be? Are there any issues I should be looking out for?

I am guessing that once 5E releases for HL it will be much easier ;)
