M&M 3rd ed. Constuct questions and "Bug" report

Okay, first off, the descriptive text for Constructs in the Configure Hero are a little off, referencing the 2E versions of Ability Scores (Charisma and Intelligence instead of Presence and Intellect), so minor thing there.

Now, according to the bug report for Version 1, I'm only supposed to get a free Immunity to Will effects if I have no Intellect (reduced below -5). I bring the Intellect up to 1 or more, and the will effect goes from being 'Immune' to "none" instead of giving me a value.

How do I build a Construct with will saves?

I'm also wondering if this glitch is due to the construct having immunity to Fortitude, and Fortitude and Will now being a 'Trade-off' pair in this system. Is that causing the program some confusion?

Edit: Also, is there a way to edit a thread title? I hate when I have typos... especially when I can't fix them. :p :)

Did you give the construct a Presence score as well? Per DCA p.50, creatures without Intellect or Presence scores are immune to interaction skills and presence effects. I once had constructs that had an Int score but no Pre. They were too single-minded to be bluffed, etc.

Ah! There, that worked. Hmm. I guess I'd need both stats for anyone that would have a will check, so I don't see that as being a problem. Thanks!
