Confused on creating House Rules

I'm positive there are countless threads and resources to this but I've been failing my Perception rolls as I can't find any that cover my problem or lead me to understand how to do it.

I'm currently trying Hero Lab but I'm saving final decision to buy after I figure out how to add a few house rules my GM has in place.

1: +1 Rank to any Knowledge Skill. This seems simple and I thought I found things close to it but my various fiddlings around only resulted in Hero Lab happily telling me every time that I'm overspent in skills.

2: This is a bit more complicated but my GM uses a different currency. I don't even know all the ins and outs of it but I think it can be compared to the current system with just different rates of exchanges. I think this also changes the costs of various things but I don't know yet. But you also buy your gear using the system's currency before fiddling into the campaign's system. Whew, think I made that sound more complicated than it is.. but is changing the rates of exchange hard to do in Hero Lab?

3: Don't have a three. But so far I'm quite fascinated with Hero Lab.. I'm also looking at getting into Mutants and Masterminds 2nd as a novice GM so I know it'll prove invaluable as player and GM.

Thanks,
Hexamony

1 - Click on the Adjust Tab, click on the 3rd option "Other Adjustments", click on "Skill Points, Total" and add 1. Problem solved.

2 - This is not possible in Herolab, I have been asking for a way to create new currencies and exchange rates for years, but there hasn't been anyone else who wanted it, so it never got put in.

3 - Then I don't have an answer for 3.

For #2, the current workaround is the "-Custom Valuable-" item on the gear tab. You can add it, and name it "Gold Coins from Country X", and give the value it would have once converted to normal coins. It'll be added to your character's wealth total, and when you want to spend it, you can sell it at full price, then use the gold that you get from that sale to make your purchase.

How about a +1 to all Knowledge skills?

Thanks!

EDIT: That would refer to AllKnow, as for the Absent-minded Trait

However, +1 to all Performance skills does not work when referring to AllPerf...
