Conflicted character copies

I'm having a bit of an issue since the recent update for the HeroLab Pathfinder app (v12.0).

Whenever I change something to a character, instead of simply saving the changes, the program creates a copy, adding the suffix (conflicted copy) to the character. It only does this when trying to save to Dropbox, is there any fix for this?
 
Could you report this as a bug please? Use the "Report a bug" option in the "Get Help" menu at the bottom of the screen where you select a character. That will get your report to the IPad specialists.
 
Conflicted Character Copies

I'm having the same problem, I've emailed support about it this morning with some screen shots from my iPad.

It seemed to start for me after the app broke (constant crashes when trying to open a portfolio). I deleted it and re-installed (and reactivating the licence).

I've tried unlinking and re-linking to Dropbox, deleting the Dropbox folder and then recreating it. Final thing I tried this morning was deleting the app and the Dropbox folder and then setting the whole thing up from scratch and it's still happening.

As a work around I'm making any changes to the file stored on the iPad and then moving it back to the Dropbox folder when I'm done (not ideal but it's allowing me to keep building NPCs for my game while I'm away from my desktop).
