"Configure Hero" didn't work

I tried to access a Ranger Archetype (demonslayer) and it was not available.

I bought the content in December and re-activated my license then. So I went into "Configure Hero", added the appropriate item ("Inner Sea Combat"), and re-activated my license again.

But the archetype still does not show up on the list of archetypes. In fact, all of they are grayed-out.

What am I doing wrong? Any suggestions on how to make Demonslayer (or any archetype, for that matter) show up?

Looking through Inner Sea Combat, I do not see any archetypes named "Demonslayer". However, I do see one named "Tanglebriar Demonslayer", whose abilities match this Demonslayer archetype listed on d20pfsrd: http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/cor...anger-archetypes/demonslayer-ranger-archetype
