I gotcha. I do think that we do at least have on bit of a bonus on you with the "new books" part, though, in that most new books for Savage Worlds settings tend to just full on add basic things rather than add onto existing things. So things like adding stuff to a base class is just not something we normally have to worry about. Classes just tend to be a type of Edge and if you want some extra capability you tend to just add it as a new Edge or Hindrance or the like.

Thanks for the input, though. I does provide some good insight on what we can do, so now I just have to work through things with the logic of adding and then conditionally ignoring for some of those things to see if that will be a better answer for some of these things we've been looking at.
