From the announcements thread:

At 7am pacific on Saturday morning (January 18th) we will be briefly taking down Hero Lab Online for approximately 5 minutes to deploy some critical bug fixes and stability improvements. We expect to be back up by about 7:05am pacific.

EDIT: This has been completed.

UPDATE: We need to roll out another critical fix at 8:35am pacific. We expect to be back up by about 8:40am pacific.

EDIT: Everything is back up.
