Herolab not loading post update

Hi,

I am about to start gaming and since the update i cannot load my characters.

I have reset index DB & local storage aswell as my machine but the UI is just not loading.

As i am mid session can someone look at this asap.

Many Thanks

Lewi

I'm not seeing HTML errors (can you reproduce and/or describe the steps you're taking?), but it would still be nice to see release notes so we know what was supposed to be fixed and what's still outstanding.

I've checked HLO on two devices (Windows 10 with Opera and Android 9 with Chrome) and it's working OK on both of them. Maybe try a different browser?

I will bug the guys about having forgotten to post release notes.

To my knowledge, there was only one important thing changed, which was a bug fix to an issue that very few people were running into.

I sure hope this problem got resolved for you. Everything checked out fine on our end immediately after the deployment, and I don't think anyone has been back here on the forums until now. I'm not sure what could have occurred. If you have captured what you got back, it would be valuable for us to get those details via a support ticket so we can investigate what occurred.

FYI, the missing release notes for the bug fix update this past week have now been posted. Sorry about dropping the ball on that.
