From the announcements thread:

On Wednesday morning (August 7th) at 10 AM Pacific time, we plan to take Hero Lab Online, Realm Works, and our account/sales servers down for maintenance. We expect up to about 30 minutes of downtime, though it may be less.​

I wish they would include UTC is these announcements. I'm not in the US and not used to figuring out the difference in timezones from there. This 10 AM downtime will be at 17:00 UTC (5 PM) on 7 August.
 
The update fixed most of the issues I was running into. Only one remaining for me is the XP to level with a PFS character. I am using the work around of just recording 1 XP instead of 4 to keep the level correct.
