From the announcements thread:

On Wednesday (July 29th) at 3pm Pacific time (10pm UTC), we plan to take Hero Lab Online and our account/sales server down for maintenance. We expect up to about 30 minutes of downtime, though it may be less.​

UPDATE: We have encountered an unexpected complication and will be down longer than expected. We will get things back up and running as soon as we can, sorry for the inconvenience.

UPDATE: Sorry for the delay, everything is back up again.
