From the announcements thread:

On Monday morning (July 29) at 10 AM Pacific time, we're planning to take our account/sales server down for maintenance. We expect up to about 20 minutes of downtime. During the maintenance, new logins to Hero Lab Online and Realm Works will be unavailable, but your service will be unaffected if you are already logged in.​
