From the announcements thread:

We've scheduled maintenance for the account/sales server on Friday (3/1) at 10 AM Pacific. We expect up to 20 minutes of account server downtime. During the maintenance, new logins to Hero Lab Online and Realm Works will be unavailable, but your service will be unaffected if you are already logged in.
