From the announcements thread:

On Thursday morning (December 19th) at 10 AM Pacific time, we plan to take Hero Lab Online down briefly for maintenance. We expect up to about 15 minutes of downtime, though it may be less.​

This update appears to have broken herolab and is preventing all characters from loading. I have also reported this as a bug.

Looking into this. Everything appears to be up on this end, checking with Support.

EDIT: From what we can tell, this is not a widespread issue. Support will be working with talsharien to figure out what the problem is.

I have resolved the problem thanks. Not sure what was causing it but it appears to have been a chrome issue.

Thanks for the help.
