From the announcements thread:

On Wed. morning (September 16th) at 10 AM Pacific time (5pm UTC), we plan to take Hero Lab Online down for maintenance. We expect up to about 10 minutes of downtime, though it may be less.​

EDIT: This has been completed.

EDIT: We are rolling out a hotfix for HLO to fix some errors users are encountering @11:40 am pacific (6:40 PM UTC). Downtime is expected to be 5 minutes or less.

EDIT: This has been completed.

EDIT: We will be manually running our (normally nightly) maintenance cycle on the HLO server at 2:05 pm pacific (9:05 pm utc) to fix some further errors some users are encountering with the stage. Expected downtime will be approximately 1 minute.
