From the announcements thread:

On Tuesday morning (January 21st) at 10 AM Pacific time, we plan to take Hero Lab Online down for maintenance. We expect up to about 1 hour of downtime, though it may be less.​

EDIT: Things are taking a bit longer than expected, but we hope to bring things back up soon.

EDIT: Everything is back up, sorry for the delay.
