From the announcements thread:

On Wednesday morning (October 16) at 10 AM Pacific time, we plan to take Hero Lab Online, Realm Works, and our account/sales servers down for maintenance. We expect up to about 1 hour of downtime, though it may be less.​

EDIT: This downtime took longer than expected but everything is back up now.
