Aren't these supposed to stack? I've got a character with a 7 Fighting, 1 level in the Advantage and two in the skill with Unarmed, and her attack is only showing up as +9.
 
They do stack, and will do so on the Special tab under attacks. For whatever reason, that value is not reflected on the Skills tab. You can report that via the bug reporting link if you'd like them to look into it.
