Is it possible to create a cleric that can take domains that exclude each other, for instance Devil (Law) & Devil (Evil)?
 
If I remember correctly you can select them both and cause the red exclamation mark. Add them, save the portfolio, reload the portfolio and the error should be gone. Make sure that when you are selecting the domains that it is set to show all. If it is set to show only the ones available to your character one will not show up when you pick the other.
