Okay not sure it this is a great title but here is what I have noticed, for Clerics they can pick at creation to either turn undead or have Healers Mercy Both Encounter Powers & I can turn off the one I do not pick from printing but it would be nice to make it a pick on the class tab just like fighters weapon talents. I am not sure how that would effect the Special tab or the in tactical menu but I thought that I would mention it.
 
The "Replace core class feature X with Y" option is pretty new, and I haven't figure out exactly how to handle it yet. It's one of the things I want to resolve next update - thanks for bringing this to my attention. :)
