Class level limit

Once you've created a class, where can you change the level limit for it? I thought I set the ones I created to 20 but the program is telling me they are set to 0. Where is the option for this found in the editor? Or do I have to create new classes as copies of the ones I made to get that option, then get rid of the old copies?
