Class ability not showing in selection list

I am creating a new Hell Knight Sub Class Signifier and one of its class abilities is Greater Bane. Greater Bane does not show up in the selection menu Class special Abilities. Do I have to recreate the ability under the Class special tab?
 
After creating the class ability, did you test it before adding it to the class? It won't show up in the list of possible class specials until it's been tested (Test Now! at the top left).
