Clarification on "Authoring kit"

If I purchase Hero Lab I understand I can choose the "Authoring kit" as my bundled system, correct? The games I primarily play/GM are HARP and Rolemaster, two systems currently unavailable with Hero Lab. Which is fine as I can create my own character sheets using the authoring kit. as I have created my own completely automated character sheets in the past for both systems using excel.

If at a later time a game system I play becomes available or I become interested in one of the other licensed systems, how much is it to add on each additional game system?

If I reminder correctly, Each additional game system can be added for $20 dollars each. Extra Add on packages for each game after you buy one of the another system will cost extra (Example: Pathfinder has several add-on packages that will cost you extra and adds more content. The link below explains the pathfinder System for Hero Lab (All the systems work Mostly the same).
