Character the wrong level should be 5th but is now 20th

I logged on to my Monk who is 5th level only to find that for some reason he is now 20th level. Is there a way to delevel him back to 5th?
 
Sounds like a bug. To figure it out, we'll need more details. Can you please provide your character id to us? Or submit a bug report through HLO that will capture that info for us?
 
I sent a bug report. Was able to delevel by changing the Xp advancement to none. When changed back still thinks it should be 9th.
 
This should be solved now by a hotfix we pushed, but if it persists on any of your characters be sure to let us know!
 
Still not working, I don’t know why it is just this character that is affected. I have been using no xp to level and just setting the level manually, but that’s not how it is supposed work.
