Changing text colors and background

Sometimes the background and different colors clash. Or maybe a user just wants to change them.

For me, I am having trouble with the background for Savage Worlds and whenever the text is red. Either I want to change the background from blue to black, or maybe just make it from red to something else, like orange or bright green.
