Changing number of traits

Is there a way to change the number of traits a character can have? The campaign I am in allows for a character to start with 4 traits instead of the normal 2.
 
You could always go to the Personal Tab, and add a new Permanent Adjustment for "Traits, Total." That would let you increase the number by however many you want.
