Changing containers

How do I change the container an item is in? For example, I created a star system called Tiamat. I then created several planets and placed them in the container "Tiamat". As I continue to flesh out this region I created a sector in space called Dragon Reach Sector. How do I take "Tiamat" and move it into the container "Dragon Reach Sector"?
 
On the right side of the topic "tiamat" you should see "Containing Topic" you can remove the link to "Dragon Reach". Then you can click on the plus to assign it to a new topic.
