Change prefix/suffix of protected categories

I would like to change prefix/suffix of protected categories. For example I'm using a cityname for adventure hooks. At normal the city is in brackets behind the title of this hook. I would rather like to set it as a prefix, so I can see a list of all hooks in a region.

As far as I know, these data ist only for identification or the view, so it would be great to change this. Import of shared data wouldn't be affected or am I wrong? :)
