Celestial Servant - Axe beak questions.

Hey,
Just wanted to check somthing.

an Aasimar paladin taking an axe beak at lvl 5 and using the Velestial Servant feat.

Celestial Servant
Benefit: Your animal companion, familiar, or mount gains the celestial template and becomes a magical beast, though you may still treat it as an animal when using Handle Animal, wild empathy, or any other spells or class abilities that specifically affect animals.

So they become a magical beast, this however does not apear to be reflected in Hero Lab.

Magical Beasts are similar to animals but can have Intelligence scores higher than 2 (in which case the creature knows at least one language, but can’t necessarily speak).

When i set this up the Axe Beak does not gain the Magical Beast type nor does it allow for a language to be added (Although it correctly sets the Int to 6)

This also leads me to something else thats interesting. It sets the Axe Beaks Int to 6, however the create gets a stat bonus at lvl 4, when i select INT for the stat bonus it is not reflected on the stat page, while selecting Str is. Am i missing something ?
