CD won't work.

hello,

My AB CD 2.* wont read in my CD player. It is the only CD that won't play. I have yried cleaning the cd & the CD-rom to no availe. What else could I do? I would even be willing to buy the code for $10 if I have to- I really dont wont to though.

First of all, open Windows Explorer and see if you can view the contents of
the CD. Second, try out the CD in a different computer. If both of these
fail, you may have a bad CD, in which case please send it back to me and
I'll replace it for you. If this is necessary, send me email directly at
rob@wolflair.com.

The problem could also be that the CD *IS* being read by your system, but
it's just not doing anything obvious. If you already have AB installed on
your computer and you insert the CD, the CD announce itself to the computer
properly but will appear to do nothing visible. This is because you already
have AB installed. To verify this, launch AB with the CD in the drive and
AB should report that you have a fully licensed copy of the product.

Sorry Rob,

guess I should have went into more detal. I cannt access the cd when I try to explore it. also when I click on the AB.exe it states the cd isnt found.

I loaded the AB files from this cd - I think it is just my computer.
