Cd key issues

I have a slight problem with my Army Builder. I recently had to do a re-install of windows to fix many problems i was having, keeping everything i had installed backed up on another hard drive. I then go to run Army builder, and it does not have records of my license anymore. Ok, no problem, I will just find the cd key and type it in again.
I can't find it.
:(

My question is this: Where does the program store the license info in windows so i can copy it over to the fresh install and use this wonderful program again? I am running 3.1 c just in case thats an issue.

If you ever lose you license information, you can retrieve at any time - automatically. Launch AB and go to the License menu. Select the option to send your licenses to you. This takes you to our license administration server, where you can enter your email address and have your license number(s) automatically sent to you.

All you need to do is make sure that you keep your email address up-to-date with us. That's achieved via a separate option on the server.
