Cavalier Ride Skill

Not sure if this is a bug or not. When you make a Cavalier Level 1, and put one rank into the ride skill, it gives a +5 with a 10 dex... Should be +4 shouldn't it? 1 Rank + 3 Class Skill = 4.

Am I missing something?

(EDIT) Nevermind figured it out. Militia Veteran Trait hiding in there...
