Cavalier Mount Problems

I'm trying to create a gnome cavalier but things are just not working out properly with the mount.

First of all, the riding dog is Small instead of Medium. That leads to not being able to wear the Medium barding I bought for him.

I can't seem to find any way to change his race from "Dog" to "Dog, Riding" or "Riding Dog" nor can I find any way to change his size or other relevant properties.

Additionally, the lance only has the option to equip it in two hands when it should have a checkbox for each hand to alternate between one-handed and two-handed.

APG, pg. 33: "A small cavalier can select a pony or a wolf, but can also select a boar or a dog if he is at least 4th level." So if you're still low level, the Dog isn't an available mount, because it is still size S.

Cavaliers use the druid animal companions, and there are no "Riding Dog" animal companions - only the Dog option on pg. 54 of the Core Rulebook.

On the master, on the Condition tab, turn on the "Mounted" option, and your lance will turn into a one-handed weapon.

Your posting in a thread a year old and I can't figure out if your asking a question? Your stating a bug? Your just saying that an archetype changes the base rules of the Cavalier?
