Cavalier archetypes?

I just noticed that all of the cavalier archetypes except for Fell Rider don't show up for me. I'm trying to update my sheet from standard cavalier to the honor guard archetype, but it's not showing up in the list.

Is this happening to other people, or is it something I should be submitting as a bug report?

My package list includes Core, APG, ARG, UC, UM, UCa, UE, and Mythic.
 
If you're working with a character that you originally created before purchasing those packages, the new books may not have been turned on for this character. You can double-check that they are turned on by re-opening the Configure Hero form from the Character menu.
