The haunt siphon in the Carrion Crown data set has several states: New, "charged", and used up/destroyed. After being partially used, the siphon is "charged", and can be used as a weapon.

It would be useful to be able to track which haunt siphons have been partially used ("charged") as opposed to those which have been completely expended and which are New.
