Can't use purchased books

I have been using pathfinder for a while. I just bought a few new books and wanted to use them. I don't know how to up date herolab so it recognizes the purchases.
 
Not near HL at the moment but,

Go to tools
Licensing
Re-activate license.

That should download new license file with all your purchases available.
Don't forget CTRL+K to configure your heroes to use the new data though.
