OK, I'm stuck!!! when I get the any question pop ups, it comes up normal and then ending up on it's own special page and locks up!!.

( Screenshot (11).png this attachment is a sample pic. The ones i took today of this issue are to big for the attachment limit.) I've been working with David Noble and Collin. but I've been in limbo the last few days.


how do I fix this?
 
To add if your working with Colen then you pretty much have the Lead Developer working on the issue. Sorry you have the best man for the job working the issue. I would say sit back and be patient.
 
I'm not getting errors, I put in the data. Save it and on reload, Its didn't save.

after trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong, Watching the tutorials in utter frustration.
then did it on a friend's copy and it saved perfectly.

By no means am I a computer person. I want to make that clear.

Starting to wonder if it some type of authority issue. Have you tried starting HL as an admin to see what it does?

the lock ups have been happening. It's part of my main support case. it's not constant either. it locks up once out of every 3-5 load ups.

I'm not getting any extra tabs.
 
Got it. I talked to Colen, who is helping you with this issue. He's getting some critical items tied up, and then he'll be helping you with your issue.
 
I've got issues with Dwarves with dwarven weapons and weapon focus. it's not recognizing the weapon proficiency for the feat. so could this be related to the rest of this thread???
 
I wouldn't think so. Also note that Dwarves are not granted automatic proficiency with the Dwarven War Axe, they just get to treat it as a martial proficiency instead of an exotic one. So if the class you have doesn't have "Proficiency with all Martial Weapons" then you would still not be proficient with it.

so a dwarven fighter, Bloodrager, Paladin and Ranger can't get DWARVEN martials.. I know what you mean... sorry frustrated. No, all characters get Martial weapons.

and it's not marking the weapon as non-proficient. it won't allow weapon focus.

General Hero Lab Support & Community Resources is a sticky thread at top of Forum where you request official support for issues. A bug is ANYTHING you think is not working correctly. Weather you know for a fact or are just wondering if it is wrong. Report it using the above links to get an official response from Lone Wolf. :)
