Can't save PDF's?

When I load up the program since the last update it's been telling me it wont save PDF's until I update via the update tool or their website. I've downloaded absolutely everything on the update tool, and can't find anything on their website to do. Can anybody help me please?
 
You need to redownload the PDF plugin for windows in the latest update window in hero lab. When the latest update happened, they updated the PDF plugin also. I had to do it when I downloaded the newest hero lab. Try downloading the PDF Plugin again and then restart hero lab to see if that works. Hope this helps.
 
I couldn't get the plug in to install & couldn't find the program to shutdown to install it so I found out that if
1) download & attempt to install
2) when it comes up program running retry or cancel leave it
3) shutdown herolab
4) press retry & lugin will install
5) pdf works again
