Can't open default printer

Getting the error of

Couldn't open default printer -40070211

And I would just put it into a PDF, but whenever I try install the program for that it says I have something open using what I want to install and I can't, even though I don't have any other programs like that open except for hero lab

Please assist....again, seriously so many issues with this lately.
 
The program using the PDF printer is hero lab. Once you see that message close down HL and let it finish the install. Then restart HL.
