Can't get license to work

Uploaded my license, but when I run herolab, it says that im still running in demo mode!

If I go up to "license" and click "view license info", it says that hero lab is not licensed for this game system.

I have tried to reactivate the license, and it succeeds and says that it has been processed and the updated keyfile has been retrieved. It then tells me that herolab SHOULD be unlocked. It then asks me to restart, and I once again have the aforementioned problems.

I also tried "move license to this computer". It says it succeeds but when it reboots it still shows that I'm in demo mode.

PLEASE help!
