Can't download trial version

Using a Pc with all requirements and when I try to save the trial download to the C drive...I get a message saying the .exe file could not be downloaded. What is the problem? Thanks!
 
Hi there,

Are you sure you have enough space free on your C drive to download the file? If not, that could be causing the problem. Are you still experiencing the problem now?
