Can't download the PDF update...

Ok so I managed to reinstall Hero Lab and retrieved my license, but when I tried downloading the PDF update, it said to close a program that also used the PDF plug in. Thing is, I didn't have any programs open aside from Hero Lab...:confused:
 
That's the one. Start the install, close Hero Lab (but not the install), finish the install, then you can re-open Hero Lab.


 
You're Welcome! I did the same thing when I was new to Hero Lab, and if you search the forums you'll find lots of other people did as well.
