Cant connect to server

Are the servers down? I just purchased RealmWorks and I am trying to create a new account and it says I cannot connect. I have checked everything snd I see no reason it should not work. Anyone else have any issues?

Welcome to the forums Trevor. I hope the problem will be resolved. No problems to connect to the server either. Can you rule out an issue with your firewall / router?

Nope I have tried and tried but I cannot connect. I only have Windows Defender as an anti-virus and I have added Realm Works as an exception. Not sure what else to do. I m clearly connected to the internet.

I was told in a support e-mail that there's a problem with their DNS and we can't create accounts right now

Yes, as override367 said, unfortunately we're experiencing some temporary technical difficulties with DNS for some of our domains.

Although existing Realm Works accounts should be unaffected when using Realm Works, unfortunately at the moment new Realm Works accounts can't be created due to this issue. This is highly unusual and we're actively working to resolve the problem with our DNS providers.

We're sorry about the inconvenience to all those affected. I will post here again after the issue has been resolved.

Account creation is working again. Also you should be able to log in to https://sales.lonewolfdevel.com to download the free content (that also was affected by the DNS issue, but is now working again).
