I was supposed to receive an e-mail that I never received. anyone else have this problem? Doe sit take more than 12 hours normally?
 
The license email is sent immediately by our server when your order is completed. If you didn't receive a license email, have you checked your spam folder(s) yet? Depending on your spam filter settings, the email may have been misidentified as spam.

If the email is not in your spam folder, are you sure you entered your correct email address? We get at least one customer a month who inadvertently mistypes his email address. When that happens, the license email was sent to whatever address was entered.

In order to sort this out, you'll need to send an email to technical support (support@wolflair.com). Be sure to provide your order number if you have it. If you didn't write it down (it was displayed when the order completed), then you'll need to provide your name, physical address, product purchased, email address, and date/time of purchase. Armed with that info, support can chase down your order and get it re-sent to you, correcting the email address if necessary.
