Cannot purchase HL with Credit card

Hi, everyone.
I would bought HL program from the ufficial site, but purchase don't work. The site tell me my credit card'number isn't work. That isn't correct, because I have many purchase with my Visa and I never met any problems to buy anything. Since credi card is the one purchase method to buy this program, because I'm italian, I wish to know how I can buy HL without problems.
