Cannot Find Variant Channeling for Warpriest

I am making a fourth-level Warpriest NPC for my game, and cannot get the variant channel option to appear. At fourth level, the Warpriest gains the ability to channel, but I am unable to find the option. Am I just not seeing it, or is it not there?
