Cannot download software--email address not recognized?

I backed at the Arctic Wolf level from the start, I didn't upgrade.

And I've checked, double-checked, and triple-checked that the email address I am using at http://www.wolflair.com/realm_works_early_access.php#apply is exactly what I use at Kickstarter.

However, it says it is unrecognized.

I verified in my response to the Kickstarter survey in March that I provided the correct email address.

Stuck!

And I'm about to leave on a trip, where I'll be without internet access for over a week--I was REALLY hoping to bring Realm Works along to get some familiarity with it.

Exact same thing is going on with my access... I messaged with Rob about 7 hours ago (3am or so PST) and he assured me their server person would be on this issue when she got in.

I suspect we are not the only ones with this difficulty... :(

Same thing here. Invalid email address. I sent in an email but am not expecting any response till they get back unfortunately =(.
